A Client review of  the Monteith Steen Contract Compliance monitoring contract, on an annual £60m property maintenance budget, highlighted that seven figure savings had been made during its currency.

Monteith Steen were engaged on an initial one year appointment to review maintenance compliance on a 90 location estate.  Due to direct savings experienced, Monteith Steen's appointment was extended for a further 6 years.  Using advanced statistical analysis models and simple data maps deisgned and implemented by Monteith Steen, the Public Sector client was able to, reduce maintenance costs by 3.9%; validate works complertion; and provide process enhancements to maintain continued improvement in the procure/undertake/validate/pay cycle.
