The Public Prosecution Service in Northern Ireland appointed Monteith Steen to develop an Estates Services Strategy for their current facilities with a view to procuring services to support their expanding property portfolio.

The project involved establishing short term measures for maintenance of their new flagship headquarters building at Belfast Chambers, and a long term services solution for complete facilities management.

We produced the contract documentation and undertook project management of the subsequent tender competition for the 21 services involved.
