Our staff worked as part of a team with Lothian NHS to develop a solution for service provision for their PFI strategy for the New Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

We were appointed on a second NHS Lothian Project in 2004 to provide advice for their East Lothian Community Hospital project. We undertook the compilation of data and development for the specification of services (SLA's) for use within the project business case which resulted in the successful completion of a new hospital under the PPP procurement route.
