WWe have successfully implemented performance related payment contracts on behalf of clients in both the PFI and corporate services areas. Our tried and tested models allow payment adjustments for good or bad performance, or for payment retention only.
Our experience however, is that contracts which include an incentive element perform better than those which only apply retention for poor performance.
