Monteith Steen has been appointed by Lanarkshire Health Board to project manage, run,
and coordinate the procurement of specialist Legal, Financial, and Technical Advisers for it's Picture of Health project.
The role of Monteith Steen is to:
- run the tender programmes for each of the three advisors, legal, financial and technical;
- manage tender correspondence and communications with tenderers;
- provide briefings for the prequalification and tender assessment panel advising as necessary;
- compile and manage the prequalification and tender assessment scoring;
- arrange and chair meetings for selection interviews; and
- report on the outcomes to the selection panel.
