Monteith Steen have been awarded the contract for the re-procurement of Managing Agent for Hard services to the Police Service of Northern Ireland's Estates Services Business Unit.
The new owners of the Aberdeen City Council 3Rs schools PPP Project, Gravis Capital Partners, retain Monteith Steen on 20 year contract to manage the PPP Project Company on their Aberdeen Schools Project.
