This 3 month project is to compile Contract documentation for the provision of Facilities Management Services to a large blue chip organisation within Belfast City Centre.
The 2 phase project involves working within the client environment. Phase 1 of the project is to establish core data relating to the client estate to provide a background and annexes to the tender document. Phase 2 of the project involves reviewing the existing Services Contract with the project team, to reflect changes in the client’s processes, procedures and critical success factors for developing a successful client contractor relationship.
Qualifications
- Professional qualifications in either Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying
Essential Skills
- Experienced in the development of Tender Documentation in a facilities management environment.
- Excellent IT skills

- Excellent Communicator
- Understanding of Term Contracts for the provision of Hard Services
